Francis Vines will field a full strength team for tonight's third round replay against Dagenham and Redbridge at the Broadfield Stadium.
The Crawley boss admits his decision to rest players in Saturday's 0-0 draw at Victoria Road backfired as it only added to the Reds' hectic fixture list.
"I would rather have lost on Saturday than play another game but now we have earned a replay we might as well win it," said Vines.
"We have more important things to play for than the FA Trophy but that doesn't mean we don't want to win it so we will be at full strength."
The winners play Arlesey or Hayes away.
Manager John Maggs believes the shake-up at Ryman League Horsham will turn around the club's disappointing season.
Assistant manager Ali Rennie has left by mutual consent, while top scorer Ahmet Suleymanoglu and midfielder Rob Hughes have been released. Tommy Warrilow has been appointed as the new number two.
Maggs said: "The club desperately needed freshening up, so I had to make some changes. Ali Rennie has left on good terms and I want to thank him for all his hard work.
"The two players were top earners and weren't performing how I would like. Letting them go will allow me to make three or four new signings."
Worthing have been drawn away to Dr Martens premier side Hednesford Town in the fourth round of the FA Trophy.
