Nick Nurse is planning to lead Brighton Bears into their re-match with Chester Jets.
The Bears owner and head coach has revealed he plans returning to England next week after a break in the United States.
He will be back in charge by the time Jets, who ended Bears' 14-week unbeaten run on Sunday, visit the Triangle on February 21.
Nurse took a break to attend to family-related matters but has been keeping close tabs on team affairs.
Nurse said: "I'll be back for Jets, no question about it."
Stand-in coach Randy Duck has a check-up on his adductor injury today.
Duck is convinced he will be fit for the Trophy final on March 13.
The trip to Newcastle, due to take place on the eve of the final, has been moved to March 10.
