Returning home recently with my two children along The Upper Drive, Hove, we were subjected to abuse from three young women who made mild attempts to block our path and trip us over.
They called my daughter a "b***h" and I was a "f****** grandad who ought to get in his wheelchair" (I'm not frail or disabled).
I can't say I am very proud of the fact that we ended up in a slanging match but I honestly did not know how to behave.
