I read with interest your article (The Argus, March 2) about cheap trips to London on either National Express Coaches or Stagecoach's Megabus.
I'm all for cheap fares to London but as a disabled person in an electric wheelchair, these wonderful offers aren't accessible to me.
I know there are coaches in existence that have hydraulic lifts and are able to take one or two wheelchairs.
So I am throwing down the gauntlet to these two self-satisfied companies. Can I too benefit from their offer of cheap travel to London, taking with me my electric wheelchair, which is my equivalent of an able-bodied person's legs?
Or will they give me the same sheepish excuse I have been getting for the past couple of years - "Sorry, we don't have any of those types of coaches servicing Brighton. Take the train instead."
