Why does living in Brighton mean we have to put up with the constant sound of sirens (mainly ambulances) 24/7?
They are only meant to be used in an emergency. If that applied here, there wouldn't be a big enough hospital to take all the patients to.
I have just finished listening to the same siren going for 15 minutes. The roads are not busy so what's going on? On Sundays, ambulances cruise up and down this empty road doing all of 25mph with their sirens screaming.
Why are sirens used at night?
I know I'm not the only person who gets fed up with the din so can someone explain why it's allowed to happen?
