Flourishing graphic design agency Talking Design, based in Worthing, has taken over Littlehampton-based Headwest.
The two companies will continue to trade under the Talking Design banner.
Headwest was formed 15 years ago and will bring a wealth of experience to Talking Design which is in its first year of business.
Simon Richards, managing director of Talking Design, said: "Headwest's plans are consistent with our growth plan and goals and we are delighted to be in business with them."
Headwest's owner Tim Garman added: "We are very excited about working with Talking Design."
Headwest has moved into Talking Design's Liverpool Terrace premises. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
