I wish every success to Paul Cottingham who is going to continue to provide us with some choice of food shopping in Hove.

I hated Tesco long before it erected its glass warehouse on Church Road, cutting down the trees and knocking down the flint wall in the process.

I actually preferred the gasometer.

Since it opened I have visited once and will not go again.

I shop mostly online, with Sainsburys, but visit the Co-op and Cullens-soon-to-be-Cottinghams for convenience in between.

I hope that others will similarly resist the tesconisation of Hove and frequent Mr Cottingham's shop.
