Crawley are today celebrating an historic promotion to the Nationwide Conference.
Reds won 3-0 at Welling, while closest rivals Weymouth were held 1-1 by Tiverton, to take an unassailable 11-point lead at the top of the premier divison table.
Manager Francis Vines, who is in his first full season in charge, said: "It's absolutely fantastic for everyone at the club. I can't wait to get my hands on that big shield and see Crawley's name on it for the first time. Hopefully, it will be for the last time as well because we want to go onwards and upwards and never come back down.
"We've thoroughly deserved it this season. The players have been brilliant and I knew they weren't going to blow it."
Managing director Steve Duly has set his sights on a league and cup double. Crawley play the second leg of the Dr Martens cup final against Moor Green next Tuesday with a 2-1 lead.
He said: "We had a five-year plan to get to the Conference and it feels great to have done it. We want to do the double this season and now have a five-year plan to reach the Football League."
