Beleaguered David Beckham's marital woes are good news for one man - his mirror image.
Andy Harmer, from Eastbourne, who earns a living as a professional Becks lookalike, has backed the footballer and wife Posh Spice to stay together despite lurid claims about his private life.
England captain Beckham has been accused of cheating on Victoria with his former personal assistant Rebecca Loos and model Sarah Marbeck.
Beckham has insisted the claims are "ludicrous".
And 25-year-old Andy believes the allegations are simply tabloid tittle-tattle.
Despite this, the publicity is great news for him and he expects the coverage will win him more bookings.
But he insists he will not be teaming up with a Rebecca Loos double - or "Loosalike".
He said: "At first I thought there might be something in it but I'm starting not to believe what is being said.
"It seems such a scam. Now the Beckhams are getting their lawyers in. Unless there is some hard evidence, I won't believe what's been reported.
"I don't mind all the coverage it's got. It only puts them in the paper more and makes me busier."
Andy and his former girlfriend, professional Posh Spice lookalike Camilla Shadbolt, spent the bank holiday weekend in Paris, filming for French TV as the famous couple.
He has posed as a Beckham double when the Real Madrid midfielder has filmed adverts for products such as Pepsi. He also appeared in the blockbuster movie Bend It Like Beckham.
However, he has only met the real thing once - and was warned not to repeat the experience.
Andy said: "Apparently it made him uncomfortable."
Andy sings with a band called The Copycats and is set to release a version of The Jungle Book song I Wanna Be Like You, for this summer's Euro Championships.
He is trying to put together a squad of England football lookalikes for the project.
