I'm disgusted by the shameful state of the Brighton bypass and the approach roads.
The litter on the verges of this road is appalling. I have contacted the council and yet nothing is done.
Brighton and Hove City Council says Health and Safety prevent the cleaning of the bypass without the entire road being closed.
Say no more.
