How can an overspend of £8 million at the Brighton hospitals trust go unnoticed?
The excuses are not viable. Someone at the trust is not doing the job of controlling expenditure.
The public are now put at risk because of ward closures and loss of beds.
Everyone who needs proper medical help should be given everything he or she needs to become fully fit and well. That is why we pay our national insurance.
