Rheumatoid arthritis sufferer Alice Friedl is an inspiration to all disabled and able-bodied people alike (The Argus, April 16).
Through great pain, courage and determination, she has graduated from university with a first-class degree in the history of design and has now been offered an office job.
Alice can often be seen in Brighton nightclubs and takes part in parasailing and quad biking.
So, despite the disease, she is enjoying life - a glowing example to us all.
