Engineering group Abbacus Asset Management has completed a re-organisation of its operations.
The company, based in Burgess Hill, had interests in five engineering companies, each owned by different groups of investors.
Now they have been brought together in a new group called Anthemius with one set of investors and a single management team.
Accountancy firm Chantrey Vellacott DFK and law firm Thomas Eggar were heavily involved in the restructuring process.
Anthemius boss Leslie Kerrison said: "I have every confidence in the new management team."
