Crawley Town suffered their second defeat in three days as Newport County upset them with an injury time winner.
Substitute Alan Tait had put the Reds into a well-deserved lead on 49 minutes but late goals from Sam Bowen and Ashley Williams shocked the Broadfield faithful.
Reds boss Francis Vines made several changes to the side that lost 3-0 to Hinkley United on Saturday.
Nigel Brake returned to the left wing for his first game since injuring knee ligaments in December while on-loan Fulham goalkeeper William McFrederick made his debut.
Crawley looked comfortable in the first half without having to hit top gear. Newport's Lee Phillips had the ball in the back of the net on four minutes but it was ruled out for offside.
Apart from that, Crawley rarely looked in trouble and were unlucky not to take the lead midway through the first half.
Robert Traynor forced his way into the box and set up Charlie MacDonald who saw his powerful effort pushed away by keeper Andrew Deive.
Danny Marney picked up the loose ball and skipped past the defence before driving at goal where Deive was on hand to block again.
The Reds finally made the breakthrough four minutes into the second half.
Brake burst down the left and knocked the ball across the face of goal for Tait to fire home at the back post.
But it was Newport who had the final say.
In the 81st minute Terry Evans advanced down the right and crossed for Steve Williams who did enough to put McFrederick off and Bowen bundled the ball into the net.
Two minutes into stoppage time, Crawley failed to clear a free kick and Ashley Williams crashed the ball past McFrederick from 20 yards.
