Louise Ramsay (The Argus, April 20) found the BBC documentary Make Me Honest moving, revelatory stuff.
Michael, the black convicted teenager, was teamed with mentor Emily, a blonde Sloane, who turned out to be a modern-day saint.
At a function in London hosted by a brilliant charity, Prisoners' Education Trust, I recently met Bobby Cummines, whose organisation trained the mentors for the series.
Bobby is the perfect example of a person who was turned round by the education he received in prison and his considerable talents are now channelled into running Unlock, the National Association of Ex-Offenders. He told me that Michael is doing well on his Prince's Trust course.
