People moving into plush new flats on Hove seafront are being offered their own lifestyle manager.
Developer CDC2020 has teamed up with Brighton-based company bn3 lifestyle and will offer the service free to everyone buying a property at their Horizon luxury apartment block in Kingsway.
Bn3 lifestyle will supply consultants who will do anything from finding a last-minute birthday present or an emergency plumber to booking a table at a romantic restaurant.
Bridget Cordy, executive director of CDC2020, said: "Our developments are all about lifestyle so this partnership is perfect for us."
