A trainiing scheme for aspiring Gordon Ramseys has been given the official stamp of approval.
The Sussex Hospitality Centre of Vocational Excellence now has full Government accreditation.
The centre is run by City College Brighton and Hove, the Hotel and Catering Training Company and Northbrook College, Worthing.
Key figures in Sussex's hospitality industry met at Brighton restaurant Due South on Monday to toast the success of the partnership.
Young Chef of the Year and former City College student Carl Newberry attended the event.
The centre aims to ensure Sussex's hospitality industry gets the workforce it needs through a mixture of class work and on-the-job training.
