I was one of the hapless Albion supporters who missed the Cup Final on Saturday, as I found myself queuing for more than three hours to buy a ticket for Sunday's Albion play-off game in Cardiff.

The Albion's management had just nine turnstiles open to cater for the potential needs of 30,000 people.

Having obtained my ticket, I now have severe doubts about the Albion's ability to win on Sunday.

This is in no way a reflection on their playing ability but if the ticket fiasco is a demonstration of the quality of the club's management, I doubt the coach carrying the team will be able to find Wales.
