Dale Tranter claimed a five-wicket haul as Glynde maintained their healthy lead at the top of the table.
The leaders rattled up 234-7 against Iden with Bob Marshall hitting 48, Joe Adams 43 and Adam Davies 37 not out.
The hosts had little to offer in replying, with No. 11 Paul Barnett top scoring with 26 not out as they collapsed to 107 all out. Tranter finished with 5-33 while Davies chipped in with 3-21.
Second-placed Crowhurst Park kept up the pressure with a comfortable win at home to Heathfield Park.
Skipper Paul Brookes (3-7) was the pick of the bowlers, bowling 13 overs on the trot including ten maidens as Crowhurst dismissed Heathfield for 111.
Despite a wobble at the start, Paul Lindfield (43) and Michael Legg (27 not out) guided Crowhurst to victory at 113-4.
Third-placed Ringmer beat Newick thanks to inspired fielding late in the game. Opener Stuart McConachie hit 64 as Ringmer posted 202-6. In reply, Newick entered the last 20 overs needing 113 to win with nine wickets in hand thanks mainly to a superb 88 from Sam Carter.
The target was reduced to 36 from the last eight overs but Newick then lost their last six wins for just 12 runs, including two direct-hit run-outs. Murray Barnett finished with 4-28 and Andy Smith 3-55.
Seaford had the better of a draw with Fletching. Will Hopkins hit 72 not out and Terry Penfold added 63 as Seaford posted 242-9. Fletching struggled in reply in the face of good bowling from John Smith (4-39) but they batted out a draw with skipper Grant Horscroft (53) leading them to 144-6 at the close.
Hellingly won the bottom of the table clash with Chiddingly. James Wise (82) and Paul Wheatley (50) put on 129 for the second wicket as Hellingly made 225-9.
Wayne Puttick hit 50 in reply and Dave Ellis 41 but Chiddingly were dismissed for 163 with Clint Mooiman (4-29) and Dave Pye (4-64) doing the damage.
In division two, Richard Coomber passed 500 runs for the season as leaders Herstmonceux beat Tunbridge Wells Borderers by nine wickets. Coomber struck 92 not out as 'Ceux overhauled Borderers' 154-9 (Paul Walker 5-69).
Barney Douglas (103) and Johnny Armitage (91) helped St Peters post 213-2 declared against Barcombe, who were then dismissed for 158 with Matthew Knight taking 5-32.
Johnny Atkinson hit 43 as Ditchling won by three wickets at Rottingdean, while Ben Ridgway (4-40 and 35) starred as Battle finally claimed their first win of the season at home to Uckfield.
Mark Cook struck 114 not out as Rye had the better of a draw with DPB.
