Bognor boss Jack Pearce was left bemoaning an injury to influential midfielder Michael Birmingham following a home draw against Weymouth.
Rocks were two goals down after 11 minutes through Lee Phillips and Chukki Eribenne.
Luke Nightingale halved the arrears from the penalty spot on 15 minutes before hitting the equaliser just after half time with his fourth goal in three games.
Pearce said: "After being two goals down, I was very pleased with the point and I would definitely have taken four from the first three games.
"But now I face a really hard task because it looks like I'm going to lose Birmingham with cracked ribs. He's a very important player for us."
