The report on the controversial Connaught Road, Hove, sculptures includes a photo of the "Karis Tower" and states that this is 22 storeys high.
In case some readers may wrongly conclude that the towers proposed for the King Alfred site by the same developer will at least be no higher, I would like to mention that, however out of character with the Old Hove Conservation Area, the Karis Tower in Connaught Road is, in fact, just eight storeys high. The tallest of the three towers proposed for the King Alfred site would be two and a half times as high.
