Garry Wilson has told his players not to panic as Eastbourne Borough go in search of their first points of the season at Sutton United tonight.
Borough are bottom of the Conference south table after three defeats but Wilson believes the slow start is temporary.
He said: "If we had been totally outplayed in the first three games I would be starting to panic but we could have won all three so we have just got to stay calm about the situation.
"Obviously it gets highlighted when you lose three on the trot at the start of the season but I am sure we will pick up. We have brought in some new players over the summer and they need some time to gel."
Danny Chapman and Stuart Tuck both miss tonight's match with hamstring strains while Stuart Playford is doubtful.
