I am an invalid and use two walking sticks. When I board a bus people are reluctant to move from the disabled seats.

I was looking for a seat when, before I had a chance to sit down, the bus started, causing me to fall.

When I got to my destination, I had to go to the hospital - all due to people not respecting elderly and disabled people. I did not make any complaint to the driver as at the time I was in pain and also very angry.
