Business leaders will brush shoulders with academics at a forum organised by the University of Brighton.
The event will explore how small to medium-sized businesses can benefit from working in partnership with the university.
It is being organised by the university's knowledge transfer partnership and will focus on reducing costs, developing products and maximising profits.
Under the banner "going for growth", the forum will include workshops and speakers from the worlds of business and education.
The 2004 Business Innovation for Small-Medium Sized Enterprises forum will be held at the Cinque Ports Hotel in Hastings on Friday, September 10.
