I was surprised to see two pages of The Argus taken up with a begging letter from Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club.
Does this set a precedent for other companies that are in financial difficulties and will you publish the same for them?
After all, the Albion are a limited company and as such their financial staff should be able to manage their finances without having to turn to the local paper for assistance.
I really do object to two pages of what, hopefully, would otherwise have been news to be taken up by blatant begging. I thought we were trying to rid Brighton of beggars.
