Open letter to the Deputy Prime Minister - I do hope you are enjoying your stay in Brighton and Hove.
While the city can offer many leisure activities for you and your fellow delegates to use and enjoy, the one thing it can't offer is a modern sporting arena.
You have agreed the city needs a stadium and so, too, does the local football club - our beloved Brighton and Hove Albion, which is so important local business has awarded the club the status of corporate ambassador for the city.
I know you need to be sure Brighton and Hove City Council and the Albion's directors have made the right choice of site for a new home.
Location is the most important factor when acquiring a home.
Perhaps you would like to view the options available while you are here. Then maybe you too would reach the same conclusion as many, though not all, in Sussex that Falmer is the best option available and suitable for development within the boundaries of the city.
