So, it's that time of year again - the political party conference annual punch up.
This year, Brighton and Hove have been blessed with Tony's Blair's barmy army, the Labour Party.
Once again, Brighton seafront is a no-go-area with armed police and steel-covered concrete barriers to keep protesters at bay.
But what is all this costing Brighton and Hove? Is it worth all the disruption to our city, the ordinary people, the public? Does the money it generates cover the cost I wonder?
