Anthony Storey is pushing for a place in the Lewes line-up for tomorrow's FA Cup game with Brockenhurst.
The midfielder is hopeful of a start after impressing in a midweek friendly win against Redhill.
Warren Haughton and Luke Cornwall, who are both currently out of the starting XI, scored in the game.
Manager Steve Lovell will make changes to his Hastings United side for their FA Cup trip to Conference south Carshalton.
Carshalton are managed by former Crawley boss Billy Smith and his assistant is George Wakeling, Lovell's predecessor at Hastings.
Lovell said: "I am going to change the formation and the personnel for the game.
"Billy and George have been to watch us the last two games so that's partly why I am going to change it. They won't know much about the players I bring in."
Horsham winger John Westcott is struggling with a back injury ahead of their trip to Erith Town.
