A nurse accused of becoming a sex pest boasted of love affairs with two of his colleagues at a care home, a professional standards body heard.
Heeralall Dhunnookchand, 54, from Burgess Hill, said to one of them: "I love those boobs, they're just my size," it was claimed.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) heard assistant Yvonne Warner was left shocked after he pulled her top towards him to ogle her breasts.
He is accused of a catalogue of misconduct while working for Haywards Health Bungalows, which are residential homes for adults with learning difficulties.
Dhunnookchand is said to have acted inappropriately towards patients and colleagues during his time with West Sussex and Social Care NHS Trust between 1995 and 2002.
The hearing in London heard he told colleagues, clients and visitors he and two members of staff were lovers.
He also allegedly restrained patients in an inappropriate manner, failed to administer urgent medication and made patients' toes bleed while cutting toe nails.
Dhunnookchand also encouraged a resident with learning difficulties to swear and use sexually offensive language, the hearing was told.
Sharon Stephenson, a support worker, told the hearing yesterday: "He used to go up to residents and have his arm raised and they would try to shield themselves. He would shake his fists in front of their face, he thought it was funny."
She said she joined Dhunnookchand when they took four residents on a trip to Blackpool in October 2002.
Ms Stephenson said she asked him for help when one of them, a man referred to as resident D, refused to go to sleep.
She said: "He restrained resident D and was holding him down on the bed with his hand on the sheet. He pulled the sheet over resident D's head."
She said the incident left the man "stressed and upset." Ms Stephenson later reported the matter to residential services manager Matthew Box.
Asked if he had put the sheet over the man's head, he replied it was a "total fabrication".
Earlier Katrina Wingfield, for the NMC, said the nurse also sexually harassed colleagues. She alleged Dhunnookchand became a sex pest when he pulled Ms Warner's top forward to peer at her breasts.
The hearing was told in front of colleague Cindy Leader, he said: "I love those boobs, they're just my size."
Dhunnookchand is also said to have acted inappropriately by raising his fists to three residents.
He is further accused of demonstrating a lack of care in a number of ways, including his drying and dressing of a resident and his restraining of a patient.
He is further accused of acting inappropriately by pushing resident D on to his bed and restraining him under the sheets in Blackpool on October 9, 2003.
The nurse also allegedly encouraged resident I to use sexually offensive language and to swear.
Dhunnookchand denies eight charges of misconduct and the hearing continues.
