Bognor cruised into the quarter finals with a comfortable win away to County League side Arundel.

Bognor were given a helping hand with the first goal after just ten minutes when David Piper's right wing cross was diverted past his own keeper by Arundel captain Barry Pidgeon.

Eight minutes later Bognor were two-up after an excellent through ball by Luke Nightingale put Neil Davis in behind the home defence and his low cross was finished off from close range by the sliding Matt Russell.

Having been the provider Nightingale was only denied scoring Bognor's third by an excellent save from Ben O'Connor just before the break.

The visitors went 3-0 ahead in the 60th minute when Kevin Murphy rose to head home a Richard Hudson cross at the far post.

Hudson was denied a fourth by O'Connor, then Bognor keeper Craig Stoner made a splendid double save at the other end.

Bognor's fourth came in the 79th minute and again with the help of the home side as Michael Birmingham raced on to a misplaced Jason Wimbleton pass and rifled home into the far corner.
