I am sick of hearing people wittering on about the RSPCA and the park-and-ride at Braypool.
As a resident of one of the 1909 farm cottages threatened with demolition should the council choose Patcham Court Farm as its preferred site, I would like to point out the aninal shelter is not being bulldozed.
Should the park-and-ride be sited at Braypool, they will still have a shelter, they will still be able to exercise their dogs, there will still be a car park close by.
In response to Mrs S Hillier (Letters, March 1), "Homes not Cars" and all animal lovers, I'd like to say that, should the council bulldoze Patcham Court Farm to site a park-and-ride it will also bulldoze six gardens and 36 allotments, wiping out the following "poor darlings": foxes, badgers, toads, a multitude of insects, robins, magpies, at least one pheasant...the list goes on.
Not to mention making homeless nine adults, three children, four dogs, eight cats, 12 hens, three rabbits, two ferrets and two aquariums.
Or does that not matter?
