This one-man show written and performed by Russell Barr has been giving New Yorkers the opportunity to experience a snapshot of life as a Glaswegian drag queen.
Such Devoted Sisters, won the inaugural Carol Tambor Award last year - given to the best piece of theatre on the Edinburgh Fringe - and, as a result, secured itself a New York run.
Barr, who appeared in cult phenomenon, Shopping And F***ing, acts out the role of drag queen Bernice Hindley - Myra's Niece - who works in Madame Gillespie's cross-dressing bar, under the non-too glamorous setting of a "Glasgay" flyover.
The characters we meet through his darkly humorous observations and impeccably timed anecdotes are a pitiful mix of sad and desperate souls trying to cling on to any semblance of sanity.
Starts 8pm, Tickets £10/£8, Tel 01273 647100
