It seems 2005 is the year of revivals. We've already had Michael Clark's Swamp staging a comeback under the directorship of Mark Baldwin.
And The David Glass Ensemble is reviving its production of Gormenghast ten years after its debut.
Now Frantic Assembly, the theatre company renowned for producing engaging, energising and exciting contemporary work, is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a restaging of the popular and physically demanding Hymns.
Brought together by a tragic event which they have no control over, four men are reunited to mourn a loss. But they only have memories left between them and, with nowhere to go and nothing to do, they press each other for the truth. But it seems that not everyone is ready for the truth as a sense of brooding resentment simmers below the surface.
Directed by Liam Steel, this revamped version promises to wow audiences and critics second time around.
Starts 8pm, Tickets £12.50/£10, Tel 01273 685861
