Two teenagers have beaten hundreds of hopefuls to be chosen as Pontin's bluecoats.
Gemma Logan of Whiterock Place, Southwick, and Elizabeth Woolmer of Cowley Drive, Woodingdean, were selected by the holiday camp company following auditions in January.
They have since attended the Bluecoat Academy, where professionals teach juggling, singing, acting, dancing and street entertainment.
The girls are now continuing their training at Pontin's Camber Sands centre, near Rye.
A Pontin's spokeswoman said: "It's the first rung on the ladder to stardom.
"Pontin's is one of the few companies to have arrangements with Equity so that bluecoats who want to pursue a career in show business and have finished their training can be recommended for an Equity card."
Stars who started as bluecoats include EastEnder Shane Richie and comedian Brian Conley.
