It's now or never for Albion in their fight for Championship survival and you can help.

Clear your throats and Make Some Noise' against Leicester at Withdean tomorrow.

The showdown with the Foxes launches five vital matches for the Seagulls.

It is followed by two more big home games, against West Ham and Ipswich, plus away fixtures against Burnley and relegated Rotherham.

The results will decide whether Albion are still visiting footballing giants next season, such as Leeds and Wolves, or the likes of Chesterfield and Doncaster. We all know Withdean is not the ideal place to create an atmosphere, but you the fans can turn it into a cauldron.

The Argus Make Some Noise' campaign already has the backing of Albion manager Mark McGhee and his players.

McGhee said: "The Argus are getting right behind us and our attempt to get the points we need to stay in this division.

"They are promoting the idea that supporters should make a lot of noise to try and get an atmosphere going.

"The fans' role is crucial. I think it starts long before kick-off. We are asking people to maybe get to the ground a little bit earlier, be up for it and generate an atmosphere 15 or 20 minutes before the game, rather than just when the teams run out.

"We also know the team carries a big responsibility in the way they start the game. Their attitude and body language can spark the crowd as well."

Adam Virgo, Albion's top scorer, believes the supporters can make a massive difference.

"The fans were our 12th man at Coventry last Saturday," he said. "They were absolutely fantastic. They sent goose bumps down my neck when we came out. That's what we need, at home and away."

The club are doing their bit. A new PA system will be in operation for the first time at Withdean tomorrow.

Remember Cardiff last May? Albion were roared to promotion by 30,000 fans in the play-off final against Bristol City at the Millennium Stadium.

All that effort last season will be wasted if the Seagulls go straight back down, so come on, it's your shout.

Make Some Noise!
