Sussex band Keane have been nominated for best song of 2004 in the prestigious Ivor Novello Awards.
The group, from Battle, could add to their already impressive list of prizes if they manage to beat off competition from Natasha Bedingfield and The Streets.
Their song Everybody's Changing is pitted against Ms Bedingfield's These Words and The Streets' frontman Mike Skinner's Dry Your Eyes.
The awards are held in honour of Ivor Novello, the British musician and songwriter who died in 1951.
Other awards for categories including album, outstanding song collection and international achievement will also be announced on the night.
The 50th Ivor Novello Awards take place at the Grosvenor House hotel in Park Lane, London, on May 26.
Keane have already enjoyed success at February's Brits, where they won awards for Best British Breakthrough Act and Best British Album.
