A festival will celebrate its coming of age in style this year thanks to generous sponsorship from a group of small businesses.
The 18th Adur Festival has been given financial backing from a string of firms in the neighbouring towns of Shoreham and Worthing.
Festival chairman Richard Durrant said: "It's always really heartening when small business volunteers to come on board.
"It's like being given the thumbs up."
Designers Oliver and Graimes, The Fish Factory, newsagents Beach Stores and Bakhai Pharmacy are among those lending their support.
Bhadrey Patel, owner of Beach Stores in Ferry Road, Shoreham, said: "The local community are very supportive to our business and we wanted to support the festival which benefits the community in return."
