When a husband who loved and cared for you for many years dies, there is only one tribute to pay him.
You take flowers frequently to his grave and, on occasions such as Christmas, take a special gift.
For this Christmas just past, my gift was a guardian angel.
So, many thanks indeed to the person who decided the angel would be better elsewhere.
I am sure you have explained to the receiver it was stolen. It makes it far more acceptable knowing someone else saved up and paid for it, saving you the trouble.
I sincerely hope no one steals from your loved one but, as you have no conscience, it shouldn't bother you.
Hopefully it will (dis)grace your garden for many years.
