Thousands of women and girls of all ages have signed up to help raise money for charity.
Cancer Research UK is organising five Race for Life events across Sussex, including two in Brighton.
The Brighton race, at Stanmer Park, is always full and people are left disappointed because they cannot get a place.
As a result, organisers have decided to hold two races.
These will be on July 2 and July 3 and more than 5,000 people have already signed up.
Other races include Tilgate Park in Crawley on May 25, Eastbourne Sports Park on June 5, and Alexandra Park in Hastings on June 19.
The 5km women-only races are among 162 events being held across the UK between May and June and more than £23 million is expected to be raised for the charity.
More than one in three people in the UK will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and one in four will die from the disease.
Every penny raised by the women who take part in Race for Life helps to fund Cancer Research UK's lifesaving work into preventing, treating and curing cancer.
To enter a race, log on to www. raceforlife. org or call the hotline on 08705 134 314.
