Albion veteran Guy Butters has urged fans to crank up the volume again at Withdean.
The launch of The Argus Make Some Noise campaign coincided with a battling 1-1 draw for the Seagulls in their last home outing against Leicester.
With the travelling army behind them, Albion came away from Burnley last Saturday with the same result.
Butters and his team-mates want more of the same against West Ham tomorrow, when The Argus will once again be handing out campaign posters to fans outside the main entrance.
Defender Butters, Albion's match-winner against West Ham earlier in the season, said: "It's in our favour if people are behind us and realise it has been difficult for us this year with the resources we've had.
"The fans deserve to stay in this division and so do we, because we've made such a great effort. We've had four players retire, we've had to sell two of arguably our best players and we've had a couple of serious injuries.
"That is eight key players and we knew at the beginning of the season it was going to be a difficult task to stay in this division. We have done tremendously to get this far.
"We know we have got the backing of people in Brighton. We just need that little bit of luck, a couple of decisions to go our way that we haven't had of late, and who knows what will happen?"
