Organisers of the annual Pride festival are offering cash to help groups stage events at this year's carnival.
Pride in Brighton and Hove has £5,000 to allocate to groups working with the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community in Brighton and Hove for the summer event.
Organisations or groups can apply for grants of up to £500 to help cover the costs of staging an event, constructing a float or for organising space or a tent in Preston Park for the festival, which is being held in August.
Applications for funding must be received, on the correct form, by the deadline of 5pm on Friday May 20.
