An outstanding soloist as well as a fine chamber musician, Alexandre Tharaud has dedicated much of his young life to the French repertoire.
From his solo homage to John Philippe Rameau to his widely-acclaimed recording of Ravel's complete piano works, the artist has gained major recognition across Europe for his dynamic and intellegent musical interpretation.
In a vibrant recital of French classics, the young pianist presents extracts from Rameau's Suites and Ravel's Miroirs as well as Chopin's Six Valses.
