Albion today unveiled a secondary shirt sponsorship deal with Donatello.
The one-year agreement, for an undisclosed sum, means the Brighton-based Italian restaurant's logo will appear on the back of all home and away shirts, shorts and replica kits.
Record label Skint remain as the Seagulls' main shirt sponsors.
Donatello were first associated with Albion as shirt sponsors in 1998-99, stepping in when another deal collapsed.
Owner Sue Addis said: "Together with my sons, Leo, Stefano and Mikele, I am delighted to sponsor the Albion once again.
"This is very exciting for the restaurant and we hope we can develop a lasting relationship."
Albion chairman Dick Knight said: "Donatello have a great history in being right behind the Albion.
"Now they are putting it literally into practice with this new sponsorship. I am very grateful to Sue and believe our partnership will be very beneficial to both the club and Brighton's leading restaurant chain."
Knight has over-ruled plans for Albion to wear the new all-burgundy away strip against Ipswich at Withdean on Sunday.
The Donatello logo will appear instead on the Seagulls' traditional blue and white stripes.
Albion are dropping their yellow away kit altogether next season. The alternative will be the Palookaville' all-navy.
The Ipswich match is being screened live on two big screens and 30 monitors at the Coral greyhound stadium in Hove.
Doors open at 11am for a 12-race programme, starting at 11.28am, and admission is free.
Albion fans can bid for a shirt, signed by the first team squad, to raise money for the family of 28-year-old former Dover player Paul Sykes, who died last week.
The shirt is being auctioned on www.doverathletic.com until midnight on Monday.
