Footballing star Thierry Henry met two teenage fans who had joined his campaign against racism in football.
Soccer fans Tendai Moffatt and Ruby Reynolds, both aged 13, made a video about racism by interviewing people in the streets of Brighton and Hove.
Teachers at Blatchington Mill School in Hove sent the ten-minute documentary in to the Show Racism the Red Card campaign's competition and it won first place for the South-East.
Campaign organisers were so impressed with the video they are considering including it as an extra in their next anti-racism DVD, which would be shown to hundreds of thousands of schoolchildren.
As a prize for winning the regional competition, they were taken to Arsenal FC's training ground in Hertfordshire to meet Mr Henry.
Ruby said: "He walked through the door and I said: 'Oh my God, it's Thierry Henry'. I was gobsmacked. I have liked him for a long time so I was speechless."
The video involved Ruby and Tendai asking random people for their views on racism. They were encouraged to find that people Brighton and Hove were set against discrimination.
Tendai said: "I was really elated, it's one of the best things that's ever happened to me.
"I love Arsenal and have been supporting them since I was seven."
The video will be shown at Show Racism the Red Card's national awards ceremony to be held today at the Park Lane Hilton in London.
