Brighton council is building a dump and it needs to go. Putting it so close to an infants school is out of the question.
I do not go to Downs Infants school but my sister does and I go to a school close to it - Downs Junior. We will be breathing in polluted air, it will affect the environment, it will smell and will put adults off taking their children to the infants school.
Many people have been talking to the council and trying to help but the council isn't getting the point. More than 200,000 tonnes of waste will be sent there every year. That is a big smell and a lot of diesel for children and adults to breathe in. Massive trucks will be going through there day in, day out.
Help us stop this happening.
