Former boxing champion Chris Eubank strode into court today to hear the latest progress in the case alleging he illegally drove away a beer lorry he claimed was blocking the street.
Eubank, 38, of The Upper Drive, Hove, entered a not guilty plea at Brighton Magistrates Court on March 30 to a charge of taking the truck without lawful consent.
Today the case was due to be transferred to Lewes Crown Court after Eubank said he wanted to be tried by a "jury of my peers".
He attended the court in a trademark dapper suit and thick-knotted tie and managed to smile for onlookers.
Eubank, who is on unconditional bail, is also charged with having no insurance
