Steve Collins has it right. Not only is Waterhall the best site for a fabulous sports complex but it is perfect for a park-and-ride scheme, thereby avoiding the need to move the dogs' home and adjacent properties on the east side of the A23.
The railway station is an excellent parkway for commuters, avoiding the need to drive into Brighton and bringing respite to the streets of Preston Village.
It also creates a natural boundary for the South Downs National Park by using an existing recreational site.
Four problems, one solution.
