Hosts Chichester looked in trouble when they were dismissed for 119 as Chris Baker took 5-40 and Mark Nash 2-9. Craig Primmer top scored with 25.
The visitors eased to 41-0 with Will Howard (32) and Phil Hudson (21 not out) top scoring before the Pakistani paceman's reverse swing over 18 unchanged overs saw Horsham capitulate for 79 with Nick Dyer chipping in with 3-25.
Newly-promoted Littlehampton enjoyed a ten-run home win over East Grinstead to stay second.
The hosts made 110 as Shiv Jillani took 5-42 before Crawley footballer Allan Tait (40) top scored for Grinstead as they were rolled over for 100. Luke Vintner (4-26), Ben Challen (2-23) and Gary Tester (2-27) did the damage.
Fellow premier division newcomers Preston Nomads are the only other unbeaten side and they secured their second successive victory with an eight-wicket win over Three Bridges in a rain-affected limited overs clash.
Visitors Bridges posted 150-5 declared in an innings restricted to 49 overs with Mark Newell (43) and Aussie Nick Fitzgerald (32) top scoring before Sussex opener Richard Montgomerie made 53 not out for Nomads in their 152-2.
Controversy Montgomerie received good support from 17-year-old Joe Gatting (43) and Kashif Ibrahim (30 not out).
Hosts Eastbourne had a seven-wicket win over Steyning in a match tainted by controversy.
The visitors were dismissed for 92 as Eastbourne skipper John Lord took 4-43.
Gary Hunt (26) top scored while skipper Jeremy Green made 21 before he was given out for obstructing the field as he kicked the ball away trying to make his ground.
Steyning's Mark Tomsett (47 not out) steered his side to victory at 93-3.
Rain brought a premature end to Brighton and Hove's match at Hastings. The visitors made 222-6 declared with Andy Cornford (100), skipper Dominic Clapp (44) and Tim Jarvis (38) leading the way before the heavens opened.
Cuckfield, who narrowly missed promotion last season, lead division two by nine points ahead of Worthing with a resurgent Bexhill eight points further adrift.
Struggling Pulborough provided little challenge to Cuckfield on Saturday as they were dismissed for just 58 as Nick Patterson took 4-32 and Neil Fairhall 2-12. Cuckfield cruised to a ten-wicket win as Chris Mole hit 44 not out.
Bexhill won by eight wickets against previous pace-setters Worthing at the Polegrove.
Worthing made 201-6 as Aussie Blayne Cornford cracked 91 including 15 fours and a six.
Surrey reserve wicketkeeper Andrew Hodd, back at his home town club, hit 76 not out, Hamish Russell 50 and Jesse Lewis 64 not out to see their side home comfortably at 202-2.
Roffey enjoyed a nine-wicket victory at Stirlands after dismissing their hosts for 98 with Rob Nevins returning 6-42 as Saeed Ajmal top scored with 32. Josh Fleming's 55 led Roffey to 101-1 and victory.
Stuart Faith, 20, hit a maiden league century for Haywards Heath as they came desperately close to their first win of the season against visiting Sidley.
Faith made 116 not out and shared an unbroken second wicket stand of 218 with Steve Kingcome (79 not out) as the home side declared on 225-1.
Sidley survived the last six overs with nine wickets down and benefited from a crucial dropped catch in a total of 194-9.
Rizwan Ahmed top scored with 71 as Stuart Parr took 4-57 and Hayden James 3-57.
St James had the better of a draw at Lewes after they posted 182-4 declared with Sam Chettlebrough (79) and Chris Johnson (46) the leading run-makers. Lewes were 119-8 at stumps with Nick Walters (44) and Jon Aston (33) carrying the innings as Johnson bagged 4-12.
