Reluctantly, I was in Brighton recently and saw something which pleased me: A cyclist get clipped by a van.
He came straight off the pavement, over a crossing during a red light and the van got him.
How pleased I was to see that.
I also saw a cyclist riding across Brighton Station concourse. When a rail worker told him to get off, he was abusive towards them - the "how dare you, I'm a cyclist in Brighton" attitude.
I saw several more not bothering to stop at red traffic lights, several going the wrong way down a one-way street in the North Laine area and bikes chained to sign posts on the pavements, so the pedals and handlebars stick out and hurt when you catch yourself on them.
No wonder Brighton is getting a bad - but well-deserved - reputation about its cyclists.
