I see Mr Chandler is ranting, once again, about Brighton's cyclists.
A good many people in Brighton share Mr Chandler's annoyance with kamikaze cyclists but even more are probably concerned with Mr Chandler's over-the-top rejoicing at a cyclist being injured while apparently breaking the rules of the road.
Whatever the cause, there is absolutely no justification in taking pleasure from seeing someone else injured.
Mr Chandler's letter could even be seen as incitement to injure others and I'm sorely tempted to refer his letter on to the police.
There are many law-abiding cyclists in Brighton and Hove, perhaps overshadowed somewhat by the idiot ones. But whatever your views on cycling are, I hope most people let Mr Chandler know his morals are unwelcome in Brighton.
